Advices from Rio do Janeiro state the ex-Kaiser planned to flee from Holland to Brazil, but the plot was foiled by the Allies. A facsimile of the Brazilian passport issued to Wilhelm Hohcnzollern is published.—A. and N.Z. C.A.
