THE ARBUCKLE CASE.
COMEDIAN TO BE CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER. (Received Oct. 5, 5.15 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO. Oct. 4. Reports that the State would drop the manslaughter charge afgainst Roscoe Arbuckle have been contradicted by the District Attorney’s announcement that the information against the comedian has been completed and filed in the _ Superior Court where Arbuckle will be arraigned to-morrow. The trial will take place sometime in November. —A. an N.Z.C.A.
