SHAH ACCEPTS NEW REGIME
RIZA KHAM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANGLO-PBKSXAN AGREEMENT.

The Times Telieran correspondent telegraphs under yesterday’s date that the Shah accepted the Cossack regime after conferring with Biza Khan and other leaders, to whom the control of the gendarmerie is transferred. lhe town is quiet and business has been resumed. Political arrests continue TimeS ’ DELHI, Feb. 26. Biza Khan refuses to accept the \nglo-Per6ian agreement in its present form. He intends to create a new army retaining the Cossacks as a special guard. The new Cabinet held its first 5 meeting.—Beuter. 1 (Received February 2/, 11 p.m.) DELHI, Feb. 26.
