BIG A PPROPRIATIONS FOR NAVY AND AVIATION. (Received April 28. 10.55 p.m. WASHINGTON. April 27. The Senate adopted to-day a system of voluntary naval training for civilians. It also authorised .Mr Daniels (Secretary of the Navy) to establish summer "Schools. and appropriated 375.000 dollars for the purpose of carrying on training. The Senate also appropriated 0.000.000 dollars for naval aviation. and authorised an increase _of 4.000,000 dollars to complete aviation and destroyer renders. —A. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
