AN ADMIRALTY SECRET
ARE THEY WAR CRIMINALS?

There is much speculation as to why British destroyers escorted two Kiel tugs with German officers to Dover, where they are strongly guarded. The Admiralty denies a statement that the officers are those in charge of German submarines and are brought, for trial.
Other suggestions are that the officers were trying to make a dash for America—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
