INFLUENZA RESTRICTIONS
CASES AGAINST HOTEL LICENSEES WITHDRAWN. (Received Dec. 3, 10.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 3. The High Court’s decision that the proclamation closing hotels during the influenza epidemic is illegal, resulted in the withdrawal of thirty-one cases against hotelkeepers.
