(lteceived Nov. 30, 5.5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Nov. 28. Captain Boss-Smith arrived at 2.10 this afternoon, and was welcomed by a great crowd on landing at the racecourse. The journey from Allahabad was excellent.
Captain Boss-Smith departs for Bangoon to-morrow, halting at Akyab.— Reuter.
LONDON, Nov. 29. Captain Boss-Smith cabled from Akyab (Burma): "Left Calcutta at 8.30 on the morning of November 29, and landed at Akyab at 1 o'clock. Mew east to Chittagong, across the mouths of tbe Ganges, then south. Good weather. M. Poulet there. Both machines leuie fox Rangoon to-morrow. All well.’’ —United Service.
