(Received Aug. 10, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 8. Zaehariassen, Bela Kun’s emissary, who was captured in England, came from a notorious Bolshevik centre in Norway. When captured he had the names and addresses of well-known extremists in Britain ; and also the names of German spies on the Continent. He had not the name of a single responsible Labor leader or trade union official in Britain. The Bolshevik international courier system was controlled by a Russian named Angelica Balabanofi, who works between Berne, Berlin, Stockholm, and Moscow. Bolshevik agents generally reach England as stowaways on foreign vessels. Some sailors are aware they are aboard, but the men. receive substantial pay for each Bolshevik landed. Eleven ‘Jews who recently landed were caught in the East End of London and deported.
