HARBOR BOARD.

'MEETING ADJOURNED. A meeting of the Gisborne Harbor Board was called for yesterday at 11 a.m.. biit as, for various reasons, a quorum of members could not be procured to carry, on the business of the meeting, it was adjourned until next Monday. At 11.30 there were only seven members present, Messrs G.. Smith, D. S. Jamison. J. AV. J. Preston, T. Todd, T. Holden, A; H. Wallis, and H. AVhite. but a temporary quorum, for the purpose of moving a definite adjournment was secured when Air J. Mouat, who was unable, for business reasons, to be present for tlie frill meeting, consented to come for a few minutes. The meeting adopted the annual balance .sheet as forwarded by the auditor, and authorised the printing of same. The meeting then adjourned until next Alonday at 11 a.m. Apologies for absence were received from Messrs F. J. Eysnar. who is returning by the Alokoia, T. Quirk and R. D. Dymock.
