The Press Bureau announces that General Rawlinson lias been appointed to the Aldershot command, and General Horne to the Eastern command. Mr. Churchill has offered Sir lan Hamilton the Northern command, intimating that General Wilson concurred with General Roberstoii that there was- nothing in General Hamilton’s command of the Allied forces on Gallipoli which ought to preclude him from re-employment.
