A French Eastern communique says:— The Serbians, supported by the Alims, continue to liberate territory. Ihe Greeks participating are re-occu-pying Eastern Macedonia. In the course of brilliant fighting resulting in the capture of Egrizrend and Mitrovitza, the French captured a number of prisoners, including the Austrian general commanding the administration of Albania. Large booty was captured. The Anglo-Italians have captured Durazzo, with many prisoners. (Received Oct. 1 6. 1.1.45 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 16. Italian official: In Albania, after forcing the defences on the heights of Paljamaj arid Assobiraco. the Italians captured Durazzo. taking prisoners and material.
