The New York World's Washington correspondent states that advices from a most reliable source say that the Turkish Government is in negotiation with the .Jewish leaders in Germany and Austria-Hungary regarding the alleviation ot the condition of the Jews in Palestine.
A proposal is made to. abolish Je ish immigration restrictions, eg purchasing and other rerorms. The proposals amount to autou mous government.
