KATRORO STOCK SALE. The Gisborne Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Co. held' their special hogget sale in the Kairoro yards yesterday, ay hear they offered 1 a good yarding of sheep. There was a large attendance of buyers. Tho sheep offered were of- a good quality, and hoggets' sold from 13s to 26s fid. There was a larger yarding than indicated by advertised' numbers, and practically all lots, were sold under the hammer at satisfactory prices. Prices realised were:—22s mixed woolly hoggets. 21s; 484 wether hoggets, fair, 19s Id; . 182 mixed hoggets, fair, 19s; 483 ewe hoggets, 21s 6d; 167 mixed hoggets, fair, 17s; 196 mixed hoggets. fair, 20s 3d; 92 ditto 16s Id, 91. ditto ICs 4-d', 20 ditto -at 14s 9d ; 31, hoggets, good, 26s 6d; 38 hoggets, small, 13s 3d; 57 hoggets, fair, 15» 8d; 60 ditto at- 14s 6d; 66 ditto, small, at 10s 3d; 60 hoggets, fail-, 17s 6d ; 14 ditto at 17« lOd ; 156 mixed ditto, good, 22s 6cl:; 287 b.f. hoggets, fair, 14s 9d; 155 hoggets, good, 19s 4cl; 2-tooth ewes in lamb, 25s 6cl; 2 and 4-tooth wethers 40s; 31 empty ewes, 23s Sd , 6 ewes in lamb. 245; 22 2-tooth wethers, small, 22s 6d.
