A Russian wireless message lia. s issued the text of an. agreement between Great Britain, the United States, Prance, and the Murman region against the German coalition Rowers. The agreement describes the region as the former Aloxandrovsk district of' the province of Archanglosk, and provides that the Entente will equip and instruct Russian aimed- forces of Mill-mans, which, it is stipulated, will bo under Russian command.
The Entente undertake not to interfere with Murman internal affairs.

Tlie- Entente undertake to secure food and staple requirements for the Alurman population,, also the necessary technical equipment and financial assistance ior the Munnan authorities.
The agreement is binding until norma-] relations between the Russian Central Authority of the one part and the Murmansk Council and the Entente of the other are reestablished.
The Entente disclaim conquering any part of Murmansk and, iointly witli tlio Murmansk Council, declare that the only object of the agreement is to guard Murman integrity for a great united Russia.
