HOW TO RESIST THE COLD. ■ Intense cold lowers the. vitality, and persons whose constitutions axe weak and liable to congestions and inflammations. The best means of resisting the effects of cold is to clothe warmly and to take plenty of good solid food, containing a large proportion of oils and i fat. For persons with weak lungs, or subject to colds and chills, the use of Wilson’s Malt Extract with Cold Liver oil may be strongly recommended. The Mlalt Extract builds up the system, and the Oil makes the body impervious to obahges of temperature. This admirable combination, as a medical man terms it, makes the finest winter tonic imaginable. It is sure and certain in its results. Wilson’s Malt Extract is also obtainable without Cod Liver Oil in it. In this form it is most palatable, and children especially like it be taken on bread, with porridge, or by itself before or after meals. Obtainable all Chemists and Stores.
