The Cosgack leader General Segnoff, has advanced 280 versts along tlie trans-Siberian railway and holds seven stations. He announces that he has established a Trans-Baikal Government, with himself as head. The success, of the movement is uncertain until it is seen what force the Red Guards can muster.
