DUTCH CRISIS OVER.
AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY
THE TERMS ANNOUNCED
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received Mav 6, 7.50 p.m.) THE HAGUE, May 5. The Foreign Minister notified ParLament of the conclusion of an agreement with Germany, who claimed the resumption of the transport or unlimited quantities of sand and gravel through Dutch waters to Belgium. The Dutch Government, lie said had a "reed that a maximum of 1,600,000 tons he transported annually, subject to a guarantee given that it would not be used for military puiposes. He said the Dutch Government agreed to Germany s second claim for- the unhampered exportation of 250,000-tons of gravel monthly from Holland to Belgium, and also agreed, after modification, to a re-establishment of railway traffic from Germany to Belgium via Roermond, which had been suspended since the outbreak of war, subject to the exclusion of aeroplanes, arms, munitions and army victuals from the traffic. - ______
