DISOBEYING ORDERS.
SOLDIERS SENTENCED BY COURT-MARTIAL,.
Found guiltv of “disobeying in such a manner as to show a wilful defiance of authority, a lawful command given personally by their superior officers,” the following men have been dealt with by court-mar-tial, and the sentences in each case confirmed: — ’ Private William Worrell, D Coy., Cl draft, two years’ imprisonment w'ith hard labor. Private Alphonsus Hugh Parsons, D Coy., 37th Reinforcements, imprisonment with hard labor, one year and eleven months. Private Ernest Edward Munns, D Coy., Cl draft, imprisonment with hard labor, one year and eleven months. _ , Private William John Johnston, L Coy., 37th Reinforcements, fourteen days’ imprisonment with hard laboi.
