LONDON, April 17. Replying to Mr- King in the House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law declined to agree to legislation limiting peerages and baronetcies to three successive holders. He added that not a title had been conferred upon a colonial without the knowledge and approval of his Prime Minister.
