A French communique reports fairly lively bombardments At the right on the Aleuse ancl in the region of Re ill on ancl Atkervilder in Lorraine. A later French communique reports an intermittent artillery duel in the Argonne and Vosges, but violent in Champagne and especially in the region of the heights of the Woevre. The Americans successfully raided south of Richecomt. Six enemy aeroplanes were brought down ancl another badly damaged.
