PETITION IN BANKRUPTCY. Press Association Telegram. CHRISTCHURCH, Alarch 10. A petition that Air J. AlcCombs, M.P. be adjudged bankrupt lias been filed in the Supreme Court. The petitioners are Kincaids Ltd., and Bowron Bros.- Ltd., and the ground of the petition is that AlcCombs lias committed an available act of bankruptcy. a distress warrant having , been executed on him and returned “nulla bona.”
