Tile newspapers draw attention to a remarkable instance of German propaganda, whereby many officers of the Swiss Army have been made the recipients of a series of P am Ph~ lets upholding German military discipline and Hie virtues of German militarism for the emulation of other countries, inasmuch as they embody all the manly qualities most admirable in soldiers' and civilians. The pamphlets were all printed at the North German Gazette office.
