PAN-GERMANS ACTIVE.

ATTEMPT TO DISSOLVE REICHSTAG. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Sept. 3, 11.45 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sept, 3. The Pan-Germans are making efforts to dissolve the Reichstag. The leading junker newspapers declare that the Reichstag does not represent the people, and are organising a campaign in favor of disorganisation or a general election. The Reichstag’s principal, offence consists of its peace resolution. The Pan-German organisation is deluging Dr. Micliaelis and Marshal Hindenburg with resolutions denunciatory thereof.
