Ilerr Sclieideihami and Herr Ebert/ representing the German majority Socialists attended a conference of the Socialists of the Central Powers at Vienna. The meeting demanded the Stockholm conference without delay, and appealed to the Dutch and Scandinavian committee to make arrangements. The meeting recommended that the. question of responsibility for the war be excluded from the Stockholm deliberations, and declared that it was urgent that Austria should continue her peace efforts and exercise pressure on Germany, Bulgaria and Turkey towards peacd.
