The U..S.S. Co.’s Araliura arrived in the hay yesterday morning from Auckland, after a very prolonged and rough passage. She was tendered at 6_a.ni. and 7.30 p.m., sailing later for Napier. The vessel returns.on Thursday morning, apd proceeds to Auckland, returning on Sunday. The same company’s s.s. Monowai is expected to arrive from Auckland to-morrow afternoon. After ibcing tendered she sails for South during the evening. Ilie Blackball Co.’s Nga'here, which has been at sea since Sunday, returned to the bay yesterday morning. She is expected to sail for Greymouth direct some time to-day. The Richardson and Co.’ s s.s. Ripple is expected to arrive on Friday morning from Wellington and Napier. She returns the same day. for Wellington, and/will pick up" her usual running at that port. The s.s. Ivoutunui is expected tomorrow from Picton. After discharging cargo the vessel departs for the Coast. , " . '.The new - acquisition to the Richardson and Co.’s fleet, the steamer Awahou, is expected to arrive on Friday from Wellington and Picton.
