RUSSIAN ILLUSIONS WILL END
LONDON, June 3. The Paris Socialists’ decision to participate in the Stockholm Conference continues to excite bitter controversy. An animated debate is expected in the Chamber of Deputies on the question of granting passports, many neivspapersyurging refusal. M. Moutet, one of the delegates from Russia, in an article in “Humanite/’ says:—“We shall wait the reply of the German Socialists concerning Alsace Lorraine and Posen. Russian illusions will vanish, and ther will follow a war to the knue. The Russian representatives earnestly assured us of this.”
