(2) The Erection of the Wigan Bridge, at an estimated cost of £2OOO. (3) The Construction of the Main East Coast Road and necessary thereon, from the Pakarae River to Tologa Bay, at an estimated cost of £SOOO. The total sum to be borrowed is £12,000. The security to be given will be a special rate of one-seventh of a penny m the £1 on the capital value of all rateable property in the Tologa Riding of the County of Cook, for a period of 361 years. The rate of interest to be paid shall not exceed 5J per cent, per annum. It is proposed to establish a sinking fund of 1\ per cent, per annum.
