RE-CLASSIFICATION SCHEME
Press Association Telegram. WELLINGTON, June /. The proposals for the amendment of the scheme for the classihcation of the Second Division have not yet been before Cabinet. They are being clc laved while definite information is obtlmed from General Richardson in England as to what is being done with the men near the limit of mill tarv age. Conflicting and indefinite reports have been received unofficially and the Defence Minister has asked General Richardson for specific nifoimation. When the reply is received It will be possible to say what should he the maximum age at 'ilnch me should he taken. luthefn stcase, all men up to the age of 4o elusive will have to he classified but for the strenuous work of soicncrm,,.
