KULTUR IN GERMAN’S TRUNK.
COPENHAGEN, April 4. The Tidens Tegh (Christiania) says that two months ago an expedition, the leader of which was Baron yon Rosen, arrived at the Russo-Swedish and tried to smuggle certain articles into Russia. . , When the police got on Iv.s tracic, von Rosen escaped t-o Norway, where he was arrested but later released. To-day his luggage arrived at Christiana from Northern Norway, and was examined by the police. A number of trunks contained sugar, and in eacli piece was enclosed a small glass ball full of anthrax bacilli. One packet also contained several poisons and’ some large pencils full of explosives. It is significant that a. few days after von Rosen left the frontier there was a great explosion in A change!.—
