WASTE AND INEFFICIENCY,
United Press Association—Copyright MELBOURNE, April 17. A further report of the Royal Commissioner inquiring into the Federal Capital matter finds that there was considerable waste and inefficiency in the construction of the works and an excess in cost amounting to about 40 per cent. _____
