APPREHENSION IN GERMANY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable. Assn./ AMSTERDAM, Feb. 13. The Kolnische Zeitung lias a remarkable outburst on the pictures of woe that will overtake the Fatherland if Germany is forced to her knees, particularly fearing the results if the hordes of Australasia, Canada, Tonkin, and Senegambia break through the steel barriers and inundate German land.
