ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS.

The fourth fatal drowning accident within a month occurred at Napier to-day, when a child or 14 months, named Leslie Steel, rolled down the bank into the Tutaekuri River while liis mother was temporarily absent.. The body drifted three and a-half miles before being recovered.
