Tarawera, s.s., Wednesday, June 28 For North— Kaliu, to-morrow. NOTES. The Union S.S. Co.’s Tarawera arrived from Napier and southern ports oil Saturday morning, and after being tendered as usual sailed for Tokomaru Bay and Auckland about midday. She leaves Auckland again tomorrow afternoon, and is due here on "Wednesday afternoon, proceeding south the same evening. Tho Union S.S. Co.’s Arahura arrived from Auckland via Tokomaru Bay yesterday afternoon, and sailed last evening for Napier. She leaves Napier again to-night for Gisborne, and is due here to-morrow morning. After being tendered on arrival and at 7.30 p.m., the vessel returns to Napier. Messrs. Richardson and Co.’s s.s. Ripple arrived from Napier, on Saturday morning, and returned to Wellington direct the same evening. The same company’s Kaliu is expected to arrive from Coast bays and Auckland to-morrow morning. Tho Union S.S. Co.’s Monowai arrives from southern ports on "Wednesday morning, avd after being tendered at 6 a.m. and TO a.m. proceeds to Auckland direct.
The auxiliary topsail schooner Elsie Mary cleared for Auckland at an early hour on Saturday morning. The ketch Coronation has been purchased by Messrs. Jas. Smith, of Auckland. The auxiliary schooner Kaeo arrived from Coast bays and Auckland at an early hour yesterday morning. The auxiliary topsail schooner Isabella do Fraine cleared for north yesterday morning.
