COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. PAKARAE RILING. PROPOSAL by the Cook County Council to raise a Loan for the Construction of Road and Bridges from the Pouawa River to tho Pakar rue River Tho Works proposed to ho undertaken are:—(1) From Pouawa Bridge to junotion near Fitzgerald’s, at a cost of £794. (2) From junction at Fitzgerald’s to the Waiomoko Stream, including a bridge across tho WainiOilco River. Total cost of section, £2748. (3) From Waiomoko Stream to Panikau Road, at a cost of £740. (4) From/ Pani'kau Road to Pakarao River, at a cost of £2718. The total amount to he borrowed is £7OOO. 'the security to he given will be a Special Rate of two-fiftlhs of a penny in'the £1 on the capital value of all rateable property in tiro Pakarao Riding for a period of 364 years.
