BIG WHEAT SHIPMENTS.
24,000 BUSHELS FROM SYDNEY
(Press Association Telegram. J AUCKLAND, Jan. 18. Twenty-four thousand bushels of wheat, imported by local mills fiom Sydney, arrived per Rivenna to-day. It is stated that wheat can be imported cheaper from Australia than the Southern holders now ask for old wheat landed here. Further shipments are expected.
