MI) FOR HER RED CROSS. (Received July S, 1.20 n.m.) _ i.'OXDOX, July 7. Britain to-day is offering a national tribute to France in the form of a general collection in aid of the French Red Cross. The movement includes services at Westminster Abbey and Westminster Cathedral, and a fete at Montagu House, which Queen Mary, Queen Aleaxndra and. many Royalties will attend. 'Ladies are selling tiny tricolors in shops, and at the stations, restaurants, and theatres, but not in tlie streets. The school children of London will marshal at mid-day anti sing the “Marseillaise. ’’
