The fact of tho ladies deeming it wise to start again will bo an incentive to tho local Patriotic 'Committee to put forward another cideavor to collect more funds. The need for help is just as urgent now as at tho commencement of tho war. The first meeting of the Executive Committee, of the Athletic Club was held last evening, a full attendance being present. It was .decided to call tenders for the lotting of the right to run a booth. The secretary was instructed to try and secure a sheep to enable a weight-guessing competition to ho held.
