[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.! SAN FANCrSCO, Feb. 13. A hurricane, tidal wave, and earthquake in American Samoa wiped out whole villages. Shipping was destroyed. The roofs of houses were carried ten miles. Soil was torn from the coral locks. Cofr7ns were left exposed. The loss of life is small.
