Monowai armed at Gisborne yesterday morning from southern ports and cleared for Tokomaru Bay and Auckland about noon. This is the vessel's first visit to Gisborne since she was hurriedly taken off the- coast to convey troops to Samoa.
The Union Co.’s s.s. Paloona left Auckland at 6 p.m. on Tuesday for Gisborne and sour-horn oorts. Ihe vessel arrived hew yesterday afternoon and proceeded south later in the night, taking a number of troops. Tho Richardson Co.'s s.s. Ripple comes up from south, tomorrow morning, and clears for Napier the same evening. The Commonweal:’: and Dominion Line’s s.s. Inurabarah -s due to load at Gisborne to-day.
Tlie Rosamond clears Auckland today for Gisborne, where she is due on' Saturday. ' v "~ The Union Co.'s s.s. ivowliai left Napier last night and is expected at Gisborne to-day: On completion of discharge the vessel sails for Greymouth.
