[united press association —copyright} HALIFAX, (Nova fecotia), Nov. 13 _ The steamer Muirfield Head has arrived afire, having steamed at top speed from mid-ocean, where a cargo of cotton in the forward hold burst into ames. Steam was injected with three pipes, but failed to extinguish the fire. The civic apparatus suppressed the outbreak, saving cargo worth £IOO,OOO.
