(Received Sept. 15, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15. Mr. Ben Tillett, addressing 10,000 trade unionists at Southampton, advised strikers to arm themselves with the most murderous guns and to be drilled by ex-soldiers and sailors in order to protect themselves. A resolution-was passed condemning the Dublin police.
