INVESTIGATIONS IN NEW GUINEA AND AUSTRALIA. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] (Received Sept, 2, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept, 2. Dr. Arthur Wade, the oil expert, sails for Australia this week via Singapore. He is also going to Papua, where Mr L. Wrothall, of the Royal School of Mines, will prospect for petroleum, while Dr. Wade is investigating in Australia on behalf of the Commonwealth.
