■■'The Times” states that the report of Sir Samuel Griffith’s appointment to the Appelate Court. is inaccurate, and was due to confusion of the objects of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act and the scheme for an Imperial Court of Appeal, which is not yet in definite form.
