REPORTED SUFFRAGETTE DECISION. WOMEN CALLING OUT THEIR RESERVES. [UNITED PBEBB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT? (Received July 25, 6.10 p.m.) LONDON, Julv 25. 'it is announced that the suffragettes have decided on a revival of militancy on a larger scale,. It is declared that only a small .proportion of the women have been called out as yet, and they are now determined to draw on their reserves and force the Government to realise that it cannot crush the spirit of women. Mrs Pankhurst has been released. It is alleged that her condition is critical.
Tile suffragettes intend to present a memorial against the cat and mouse BiH. , Some women were admitted to bt. Stephen’s Hall, accompanied by Sir Edward Busk. Mrs Lawrence attempted to add ‘©S3 the members and a violent scorn ensued, an umbrella being broken orer a policeman’s head, while , nother was chased with a hatpin. Mrs Lawrence, Miss Sharp and Lady Sybil Smith were arrested.
