Godfrey Isaacs was sharply cross-ex-amined with reference to his connection with the St. David’s gold mines The questions were apparently based on the allegations of Mr. Lockwood, who is owner of the patents. Godfrey said that when Lockwood was dismissed he pointed a pistol at his (Godfrey’s) head, and threatened to shoot him. Godfrey denied that Jie cornered Alarconi shares.
