Mr. George Newett, lias retracted the libel on Mr Roosevelt, published in “Iron Ore,” the newspaper. ... The jury awarded him six cents, complying with Mr. Roosevelt’s requests. Under the Michigan laws Mr Roosevelt bears his own costs of the trial.
