DEATH BED REUNION.
A posthumous application will be made in a few days by the relatives of Mrs Bernice Golden Heinz, who died earlj- this morning, to have expunged from the Court records the decree nisi styg obtained in December against her husband, Air F'ritz Augustus Heinz, the “copper king”, and millionaire (stated the New York correspondent of “The Daily Alail” on April 3). Air Heinz married a beautiful actress three years ago. She was never well, after the birth of her son, who is. now a bonny and healthy boy 18 months old. Yesterday Mrs Heinz in a weak voice said to her doctor: “I want to know if lam going to die. I want the truth. Don’t hide anything from me.” “You are very, very ill,” answered the doctor. “Then, please,” she replied', “send for Fritz. I want so. much to see him again. I should like to be reconciled to him before I die.” Air Heinz' came at once, and Airs Heinz died in his arms, .after asking her lawyers to-have the divorce proceedings, if legally possible, expunged from the court records.
