"VTOTICE is 'hereby given that this Cuoncil did proceed by Special Order, on the 28th March, 1913, to make and levy a separate rate of One Farthing in the £1 on the capital value of all rateable property in the Patutahi-Ngatapa Special Rating .'District. comprising Sections 1 and 4, Block X., Ngatapa Survey District, Sections 2,5, 7,9, Block X., AVaikohu Survey District, Sections 1 and 2, Block XIV., Wnikohu Survey District, and part of Okalniatiu No, 1 Block, containing 2000 acres. This rate is r.nado for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund upon a sum of £250 to be advanced from the General Fund of the County, to pay for metalling a section of the Patutahi-Ngatapa road, giving access to the abovenamed Soctions. Tho rate to bo current for a period of seven years from the Ist April, 1913, and to bo due and payable in one sum ou the Ist day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan.
