Sir, —In reference to your correspondent “Rugby Plaver’s’’ remarks in yesterday’s issue, we have to state for his information that although our Club is not represented on the Management Committee of the Rugby Union, we are quite satisfied that any matters for consideration in connection 'with the Garrison, Club will receive fair nnd impartial treatment- from that body.
