N.S.W. TEACHERS v. WELLINGTON. / [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM] WELLINGTON, December 20. The Wellington representatives met the N.S.W. Teachers’ team at the Basin Reserve to-day in fine weather.. There was a fast wicket. A poor attendance was present. The visitors scored 153 (Freeman 46, McMullen not out 38). Robinson took 3 for 15 and Grimmett 4 for 41. As the light was bad Wilson, the Wellington skipper, sent in his weaker batsmen, and at the call of time Wellington had lost 6 for 35. Harvey was very deadly, and captured 4 for 13. Gfbbes (14) is the only double figure scorer for Wellington so far.’
